Phil Koehn is a songwriter, arranger, and producer of female pop, including jazz-pop, pop-rock, indie-pop, and baroque or avant garde pop. The Napa, California-based artist is also a long-time guitarist with years of experience as a key member and songwriter in various rock, pop-rock, indie, and country projects in the Napa Valley, Los Angeles, and Portland, Oregon.
